Scope of Work - Personal Assistant to Director (3-Month Contract)



Role Summary:



Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Director of a property management company. This is a short-term role focused on ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination, communication, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities



Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements. Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally. Prepare meeting notes, reports, and presentation materials. Assist with follow-ups on council matters, vendor coordination, and project timelines. Ensure documents are properly organized. Support event planning, site visits, and internal communications. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
