We are the Official Distributor of Moorgen, a premium German smart home brand (www.moorgen.de). Your Role & Responsibilities:



Calendar Management:

Coordinate schedules, manage appointments and invitations, and help prioritize important tasks.

Administrative Support:

Contribute to organizational projects, assist with management activities, and support lead generation efforts to ensure smooth operations.

Research & Preparation:

Conduct thorough research and compile key business insights to support informed decision-making.

Documentation & Reports:

Prepare meeting materials, reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed.

Records Management:

Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in line with organizational standards.

Finance & Processing:

Handle expense claims, invoices, and administrative forms promptly and accurately.

Who We're Looking For:



Education:

You have a tertiary qualification.

Organizational Skills:

You're great at juggling multiple tasks and communicating smoothly with people at all levels.

o Independence:

You're proactive, dependable, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.


o Communication & Planning:

You're an excellent planner with strong people skills and a clear, confident communication style.


o Tech Savvy:

You're comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other everyday office tools.


o Professionalism:

You take pride in your work, show dedication in everything you do, and bring meticulous attention to detail.


o Work Ethic:

You're proactive, responsible, and always ready to go the extra mile to get things done right.
