Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the CEO Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO Assist in project coordination and follow-ups

EV Sales & Business Development

Support and participate in

EV vehicle sales activities

Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage sales documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Assist in exploring new business opportunities and partnerships related to EV * Stay updated on EV market trends, government rebates, and competitor activities
