Job Description


:

  • Preparing letters, minutes of meeting, presentations and reports
  • Support the work of Managers and companies Managing Director
  • Organizing meetings and appointments
  • Attending meetings with Director to client
  • Assist the Managing Director for case to case project
  • Manage Managing Director and companies travel arrangements, purchase of tickets and booking of hotels
  • Undertake a variety of administrative, clerical and managerial tasks
  • Issuing MEMO to employees
  • Prior experience in formulating HR Policies is preferred
  • General administrative support to ensure smooth running of the office management
  • Knowledgeable in computer of Excel, Microsoft Word & Powerpoint
  • A self-motivated team player who works well under pressure Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Any other ad-hoc matters

Requirements :
  • Diploma in Business Management
  • Min 1 year of working experience
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be analytical, meticulous and organized
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
