Job Description


  • Providing full assistance to President’s personal and family matters including appointment arrangement, personal purchase, payment & etc.
  • Manage day to day secretarial support and administrative work.
  • Organise and oversee the maintenance of the properties.
  • Responsible for the household inventory and ensuring timely delivery of the items.
  • Plan and coordinate hospitality arrangements for VIPs/guests.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of Management, staff and external parties.
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments and household duties as and when required.
Requirements
  • At least a diploma from any discipline.
  • Direct relevant experience of family personal assistant preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Strong time management, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients, business partners and guests.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willing and able to travel on short notice.
