Responsibilities of Personal Assistant - Schedule meetings and manage team's calendars and proper upkeeping and update any changes - Answer phone calls and reply to emails and take messages - Take Responsibilities of Personal Assistant - Schedule meetings and manage team's calendars and proper upkeeping and update any changes - Answer phone calls and reply to emails and take messages - Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings - Help with daily time management - Run errands as requested - Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation - Coordinate events and speaking engagements - Draft correspondence such as emails and letters on behalf of the team - Track & Monitor reports to be received and send tracer reminders - Track replies and ensure replies are received / sent in a timely manner within our corporate guidelines. - Filing and Digital Filing - Submit applications (if any) - Other administrative & operational duties - Other adhoc duties as assigned. - Basic accounting and business management knowledge a plus Requirements of Personal Assistant - A certificate from a secretarial school preferred - Proven experience working as a personal assistant required - Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office applications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong customer service and social skills - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills - Follows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion - Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results - A good team player
