What you'll be doing
  • Manage calendar of events for the management team, based in Singapore
  • Prioritizing and setting up meetings/appointments for the management team
  • Manage all business/personal travel arrangements, such as obtaining travel approvals and visas, preparing itineraries, booking of flights, accommodation, restaurant and ground transportation etc
  • Reimbursement of expenses, checking bank accounts and credit card usage
  • Assist management team with documents management
  • Coordinating projects and events
  • Organize and assist in company meetings
  • Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Reminding the management team of important tasks and deadlines
  • Performing any ad hoc tasks as and when required
What you bring to EMURGO
  • At least 2-3 years experience as a personal assistant/ secretary for executives or equivalent
  • A strong communicator, especially in both English and Japanese
  • Experience in coordinating schedules for up to 10+ stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Graduate from a secretarial school, with a 3.6 GPA
  • Experienced in managing google calendar, task management tool
  • Experience in creating a document brief of stakeholders that the CEO would meet
  • Technologically savvy, adaptable and quick to learn
  • Be committed and dedicated
