Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial duties to Partner
  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Manage diary for Partner including meetings, conferences, video conferences and other events
  • Co-ordinate and set up arrangement for meetings and business meals
  • Run errands as and when requested
  • Manage international and domestic travel arrangements including flights, visas, hotels, ground transportations, transfers and collating travel itineraries
  • Remind Partner of important tasks and deadlines
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings with business partners, shareholders, clients and others
  • Assist with general administration support such as processing correspondence and letters, photocopying, printing, scanning, typing, couriers, maintaining contact databases, post and others
  • Handle matters related to personal and/ or company vehicle and others
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties where required by the management team and/ or Partner
Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills, ability to prioritize daily workload
  • Active listening and good communication skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientated
  • Friendly and energetic personality who can perform under pressure and keep pace with a busy team with accuracy
