Provide full spectrum of secretarial duties to Partner
Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Manage diary for Partner including meetings, conferences, video conferences and other events
Co-ordinate and set up arrangement for meetings and business meals
Run errands as and when requested
Manage international and domestic travel arrangements including flights, visas, hotels, ground transportations, transfers and collating travel itineraries
Remind Partner of important tasks and deadlines
Coordinate internal and external meetings with business partners, shareholders, clients and others
Assist with general administration support such as processing correspondence and letters, photocopying, printing, scanning, typing, couriers, maintaining contact databases, post and others
Handle matters related to personal and/ or company vehicle and others
Perform any other ad hoc duties where required by the management team and/ or Partner
Requirements
Diploma in any discipline
Strong interpersonal and time management skills, ability to prioritize daily workload
Active listening and good communication skills
Proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong organizational skills and detail orientated
Friendly and energetic personality who can perform under pressure and keep pace with a busy team with accuracy
