Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities

To assist in the daily business and personal administrative functions

  • Attend to Family Office-related matters.
  • Attend to personal matters for Director and family
  • Act as the point of contact for the Director and provide secretarial duties
  • Manage diary for director including meetings and appointments;
  • Coordinate family\xe2\x80\x99s travel arrangements
  • Manage family\xe2\x80\x99s private properties
  • Coordinate guests visits
  • Assist in planning and managing family events
  • Manage household\'s domestic helper\'s schedule
  • Assist in running personal errands
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by Director or family
  • Standby on weekends if required

Requirements

. Age: 25-35 years old
  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous
  • Able to converse in English & Mandarin
  • Valid Singapore driving license preferred
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Good at coordinating, follow-ups and planning
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • A grasp of absolute discretion and confidentiality
  • Attention to detail
  • Service and result-oriented with a positive working attitude
  • Able to work remotely, from home and or office as required
