Looking for a Personal Assistant to serve the director Candidates must be willing to work under pressure and think on their feet.

Need to be able to handle children (We are in a children Edu-tainment industry)

With teaching experience will be preferred but not necessary as training will be given

Be Operational Ready (Able to be manage the operation of the Kids Club Counter)

Candidates will be trained to assist in the running of events and activities alongside Director

Job Scope

• Calendar management for director and her team

• Preliminary drafting of correspondence for director and her clients

• Corresondence includes : Party, Camps, Events Booking Confirmation and

• Managing an active Calender for all Booked Events

• Screening client\'s phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate

• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments for director

• Preparing required documents and meeting minutes for the director

• Do research for director\xe2\x80\x99s various projects, Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing

• Running errands for the director

• Availability on weekends to handle and arrange last minute updates and changes to director\'s schedule
  

• No experience required we are looking for children loving, commited and passionate individual to join our team and take a load off our Director\'s heavy shoulders.
