1. Provide full spectrum administrative support to the Directors/Managers 2. Handle travel itinerary and meeting schedules of the Directors/Managers 3. Submit Directors/Managers travel and expense claims on internal e-Approval system 4. Attend to personal matters of Directors/Managers and family 5. Manage corporate calendar 6. Answer calls to the office main line and greet visitors 7. Assist in organizing company functions and meetings 8. Take minutes for internal and external meetings. Submit the minutes on internal e-Approval system for record purpose 9. Manage corporate vehicles matters 10. Assist Admin department on other administrative duties as and when required 11. Perform other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the Director/Manager
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Min GCE O/A level or Diploma holder in Business or related discipline.
Min 2 years of working experience in similar position.
Strong communication, writing and follow up skills.
Basic knowledge of Japanese or Korean is a plus since Directors/Managers are foreigners.

Korean Company located in Commonwealth.
5-day workweek from 0900-1800 hour.
