Personal AssistantOur client, a Japanese manufacturing MNC looking for an experience Personal Assistant.They offer attractive package, 5 days work, office hour, Hybrid & flexi hour.Responsibility

• Provide full support for the C-Suit of Singapore branch include maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders internal and external
• Maintain calendar, meeting schedule, time management and other appointments
• Manage business travel support including accommodations, itinerary, etc
• Administrative duties including managing receipts, payment, expense reporting, departments assets and other miscellaneous matters
• Provide logistics support such as arranging meeting accommodations, transport, etc
• Provide support related to the personal matter such as residential matter, domestic helper, etc
• Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Personal Assistant / Executive Assistance to the executive management level
• Relevant study in Business Administration or equivalent
• High proficiency in English language and Japanese language (JLPT Level N1 or ability to speak, read and write at business level) to communicate effectively through phone calls, emails and/or meetings with the head offices in Tokyo, as well as both local and expatriate staff in the branch offices and subsidiary companies
• Proficient in MS Office
