Job Description


The personal assistant is responsible for handling Director’s daily activities, including personal matters. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the Director's calendar is organized and up to date with all meetings
  • Schedule and prepare documents for meetings or presentations
  • Attend all meetings with director including social activities and overseas trips
  • Reception of guests by greeting, welcoming, assisting and directing them appropriately
  • Manage car arrangement for Director, family members, guests etc
  • Set up events or meetings with guests, clients etc
  • Manage household daily needs such as stocking up of house necessities
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements including booking of air tickets, hotel, car service arrangement, restaurant reservations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Director

Requirements
  • Preferably with experience in customer service / F&B industry
  • Candidate with driving license will be an added advantage
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Entry level are welcomed
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin language
