Job Description


:

  • Assist the CEO on administrative and accounting matters, which may include some simple accounting and payroll tasks.
  • Answer phone calls and prepare email responses for matters assigned by the CEO.
  • Organise CEO\xe2\x80\x99s corporate and personal travel bookings and itineraries.
  • Undertake CEO\xe2\x80\x99s corporate and personal procurement matters.
  • Organise and plan corporate and personal events for CEO and family.
  • Handle property management matters for CEO and family.
  • Conduct and prepare research materials on matters that the CEO may require.
  • Undertake various ad-hoc assignments or projects assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x99 level certification or equivalent.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel applications.
  • Resourceful, independent, adaptable, willing to learn and possesses a sense of urgency.
  • Organised, able to handle stress, muti-task and manage deadlines.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Ability to travel overseas on assignments, where needed.
