Job Description

Key Role Description

  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Set up meeting spaces and obtain car park and security clearance for visitors
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Prepare meeting materials and take minutes of meeting
  • Submission of expense claims for CEO
  • Support logistics and administrative functions for media events and press conferences
  • Composing and preparing correspondences
  • Arranging complex and detailed travel plan, itineraries and agendas
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Key Requirements Possess tertiary qualifications in any discipline Strong track record in managing a CEO office Energetic, fast paced, attention to details, highly resourceful Digital fluent, utilised tools to deliver routine work, effective in co-ordination of events Bilingual - strong command of English and Chinese, proficiency in third language an added advantage Strong interest in media, publicity and social issues Excellent inter-personal skillsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $3,500.00 - $5,900.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Performance bonus
