Personal Assistant to CEO

Report to: CEO

Our client is a fintech company that delivers trusted solutions and services for the digital economy and allowing digital solutions accessible to the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, including processing new business applications and monitoring productions
  • Ensure the efficient and effective running of key communications channels (online and offline)
  • Prepare meeting agendas and presentations
  • Run errands for the CEO
  • Responsible for all general administrative
  • In charge of clubs and campaigns, and any current/upcoming conventions and seminars
  • Assist in recruitment such as arrange schedule and appointment
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Financial services industry experience needed
  • Presentable
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
  • Active listening and good communication skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong time-management and organization skills
