Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal and professional assistance to the Director, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, and etc;
  • Perform administrative and office supports;
  • Communicate, coordinate, and deliver superior\xe2\x80\x99s instructions and work arrangements to all company departments;
  • Perform any other Ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in any field;
  • Candidate with strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, and good team player is preferred;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to keep company confidence;
  • Willing to travel oversea as business trip will be requested
