- Serving retail clients and providing expert advice on the wide range of banking products offered by the bank.
- Proactively engaging clients through various touchpoints such as branch banking, tele-appointments and outreach programs.
- Leveraging your sound financial knowledge to offer holistic financial advice and identify suitable banking solutions that help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Demonstrating a good understanding of banking regulations, ensuring strict adherence to rules and guidelines while conducting business.
- Minimum local diploma in any discipline
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- No prior experience is required, as training will be provided for your professional development.
