Assisting customers in selecting the right products and services to meet their pet's needs
Collaborating with the veterinary team to provide comprehensive pet healthcare support
Organising and leading educational workshops and events to promote responsible pet ownership
Maintaining accurate records and providing detailed reports on customer interactions and preferences
Continuously expanding your knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in the pet care industry
What we're looking for
Proven experience in the pet care industry, with a strong understanding of animal behaviour and health
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide personalised, empathetic support to pet owners
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and advise customers effectively
Familiarity with relevant pet care regulations and industry best practices
A genuine passion for animal welfare and a commitment to promoting responsible pet ownership
Willingness to participate in continuous learning and development opportunities
