What you'll be doing
Offering personalised pet care recommendations and solutions to customers Advising on the appropriate food, toys, and accessories for pets based on their individual needs Providing guidance on pet nutrition, grooming, and general healthcare Assisting with the sale of pet products and services Maintaining detailed records and documentation Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a consistently high level of customer service
What we're looking for
Relevant experience in the pet care industry or a related field Strong knowledge of animal welfare and pet care best practices Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide tailored solutions Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills A genuine passion for animals and their wellbeing Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays
