The ideal candidate will be warm, approachable, and confident in guiding customers through the exciting process of choosing their new puppy.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide information on puppy breeds, temperament, and care requirements
Assist customers in selecting the right puppy for their lifestyle and home environment
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
Ensure puppies are always presented in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Support customers with after-sales guidance, including puppy care basics and recommended products
Required Skills & Qualities:
Strong sales skills with a customer-first approach
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with customers
Must
love dogs
and have genuine compassion for animals
Must
not be allergic to puppies
or dogs
Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor
