Job Description

As a Pet Sales promotor, you will help create excitement about the products that the Company carries, providing the right solutions and getting products into the hands of the Company's valued customers.

:

Customer Engagement & Sales:

Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice on pet nutrition and care, and recommend tailored product solutions to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty.

Operational Excellence:

Meticulously manage all aspects of store operations, including performing seamless cashiering duties, receiving and stocking inventory with precision, and ensuring product freshness through diligent monitoring of expiry dates.

Visual Merchandising:

Maintain an immaculate and inviting store environment through daily housekeeping and strategic product placement, creating an exceptional shopping experience for our valued customers

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve store targets and contribute to a positive and high-performing work culture.

A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, Retail hours including weekends and public holidays. Physically able to carry 10kg with the aid of a trolley and willingness to travel as required. A "can-do" attitude, coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills and a self-motivated, results-driven approach. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player. A foundation understanding of pet care and nutrition, with a desire to continuously learn and elevate your expertise.
