Pharmacist / Senior Pharmacist!

Work Schedule:

5.5 days/week, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (staggered start times between 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM)

We are looking for dedicated and qualified

Pharmacists / Senior Pharmacists

to join our team in providing professional pharmaceutical care and supporting clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately and safely according to legal and clinical guidelines Provide professional advice to patients and healthcare providers on medications, dosages, side effects, and interactions Support chronic disease management and ambulatory care services Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and trainees Manage inventory and ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of pharmaceuticals Conduct audits, stock takes, and monitor expiry dates Assist in clinic pharmacy operations, staff scheduling, and report generation Maintain compliance with local regulatory and licensing requirements

Requirements:

Degree in Pharmacy and registered with the

Singapore Pharmacy Council

Valid

Form A license

with

Health Sciences Authority

3-5 years of clinical pharmacy experience preferred Strong communication and counselling skills Able to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment Committed to continuing professional development (CPD) and ongoing training
