Responsibilities

: " POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide safe and empathetic pharmaceutical care for our in-patients as well as our out-patients Reconciliate and review medication orders Dispense and counsel patients on medication prescribed by doctors Provide drug information to doctors, nurses and patients Manage pharmaceutical inventory and stock taking, including controlled drugs Maintain records relating to drug supply, storage, distribution and other mandatory records required by HSA Assist in reviewing and updating procedure or protocols in the hospital Adhere to legal, professional ethics code and hospital policy requirements Participate in continuing professional education (CPE) Performs any other duties as and when requested by Senior Pharmacist and / or Pharmacy Manager QUALIIFCATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent. Must be registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council Entry level candidates who have completed their pre-registration pharmacist training are welcome to apply.
