Key Responsibilities:
The Pharmacy Associate will be deployed under Changi Medical Facility in Singapore Prisons.
Update and maintain drug image databases for accurate medication identification Assist with administrative operations including equipment maintenance tracking and staff record management Track outstanding orders and liaise with stakeholders to ensure prompt completion, accurate delivery, and effective resolution of procurement issues Perform tablet de-blistering for Automated Tablet Dispensing Packing System (ATDPS) Receive, organise, and store pharmaceutical deliveries systematically
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent with working experience Relevant administrative experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) preferred Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems advantageous Entry level candidates are welcome to apply Collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary medical team Req ID: 4442
