Pharmacy Technician
- Process prescriptions and dispense prescribed medications to patients and caregivers
- Provide medication education and counselling to enable understanding and compliance to medication therapy
- Assist pharmacists and senior pharmacy technicians in handling routine task in pharmacy administration and operations.
- For the role of Senior Pharmacy Technician, you will supervise the dispensing pharmacy team to ensure compliance to medication safety standards and optimal staff mobilization for front-line duties.
- Manage pharmacy administration and operations (e.g. inventory control, billing matters, medication delivery services), as well as provide staff training periodically.
- Monitor and maintain the stock of medications
- Picking and packing medicine/medical goods
- Conduct cycle count for all stock items
- Ensure prescription labels are typed and printed accurately
- Perform administrative duties (e.g. billing matters, data entry, preparation of reports)
