Job Description
- Communicate, coordinate and integrate section resources to achieve
- Lead the Photo/Lithography team and co-working with a cross function team which may include device, integration, yield, module, manufacturing and external suppliers to drive leading-edge integrated module development, control and improvements.
- Lead, Plan and Control section to achieve module\'s relevant objectives
- Supervising engineer job distribution and project arrangement, project progress tracing
- Cost Rationalization
- Bachelor degree or above in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or a related engineer discipline
- 8+ Years Experienced in Photo/Lithography Engineering (Equipement/Process)
- Fab 12" knowledge is preferred
- Familiar with Semiconductor Fab Process and Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE) principles
- Team leader with good communication/ coordination skill.
