Are you passionate about photography and eager to understand what goes on behind the scenes in a professional studio? We're looking for a hands-on, proactive individual to join us as a

Studio Assistant Intern

-- someone who's keen to learn how a photography studio truly operates from the ground up. This internship is not focused on teaching you how to shoot, but rather to immerse you in the workflow, logistics, and operational backbone that supports a successful photography business.

- both specializing in capturing precious moments of babies, children, and families. Through this internship, you'll gain invaluable real-world experience in studio management, shoot preparation, and post-production.

As a Studio Assistant Intern, you'll be exposed to:

Preparing for various categories of family and baby photoshoots Maintaining, organizing, and prepping props, backdrops, and photography equipment Observing live shoots to understand client interaction and studio shooting techniques Assisting the photographer in developing new creative themes or setups Learning how to professionally edit photos for client galleries Monitoring and replenishing prop inventory and pantry items Contributing to our social media and marketing efforts by filming behind-the-scenes content
Note: While this internship is not designed to be a training ground for photography, interns who show initiative, learning progress, and a great attitude may be given the opportunity to assist or even shoot basic sessions -- though this is not guaranteed. Regardless, you'll walk away with deeper knowledge of how studio photography businesses run and what makes them tick.

Who we're looking for:

Someone with a strong interest in photography and a small portfolio to show for it (please include with your application) A candidate with basic knowledge of camera functions and handling Available to work on weekends (weekday offs will be provided) Comfortable working with babies, young children, and occasionally pets Enthusiastic, responsible, and eager to learn
