Track the handover status and provide updates.\xef\x82\xb7 Work with stakeholders to ensure all physical records are archived in a timely manner.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure all records are entered into PRMS (Physical Records Management System).\xef\x82\xb7 Process and ensure all outstanding invoices, prepayment invoice & removal fees are paid to vendor timely.\xef\x82\xb7 Provide support for data migration to new integrated systems, such as assist IT team to identify and check on legacy records related to migration error.RIM Coordinator Assistance\xef\x82\xb7 Be the RIM Coordinator for APAC countries except HK, TW, AU and JP\xef\x82\xb7 Provide support to RIM Coordinators so that they are enabled to execute all RIM Services related tasks locally.\xef\x82\xb7 Provide PRMS training, such as how to process the requests.End-User Assistance\xef\x82\xb7 Respond to user requests for RIM-related training, such as how to arrange for new archive boxes for pickup, how to user the system, how to search for CAP ID (record type), how to properly label and send records boxes to off-site storage vendor, etc.\xef\x82\xb7 Manage any change requests in PRMS end-to-end.
