Our client is a leader in telecommunications infrastructure. As part of its expansionary
plan, it is seeking to employ an experienced professional to join them as
Physical Security Manager (Ref: KHXXX) (5-day office work
week)
Overview
This role is responsible for looking into all aspects of space utilisation, physical security
compliances and security operations for Central Offices (COs). The role also carries out
administrative duties on property and security matters.
The Job
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage physical security operations at multiple key infrastructure facilities
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and implement policies, protocol and procedures to maintain full
compliance with the prevailing legislative acts and regulatory requirements for
security operations. Monitor and ensure such compliances
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct regular inspections at all the CO premises for potential security breaches.
(Inspections may be conducted after office hours, if required)
\xef\x82\xb7 Evaluate the effectiveness of site security operations and provide
recommendations for improvements
\xef\x82\xb7 Plan and manage physical security projects and tasks to timely completion within
budget.
\xef\x82\xb7 24/7 operational readiness. Respond to security incidents and conduct
investigations, if any.
\xef\x82\xb7 Any task which may be assigned from time to time.
The Candidate
\xef\x82\xb7 Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in an Engineering discipline, or a security-related
diploma
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimally a Police Licensing and Regulatory Department (PLRD) licensed
Security Supervisor
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 10 years of experience in the Security industry, with at least 5 years of
managing a 24/7 Security Operations Centre environment
\xef\x82\xb7 Preferably with at least 3 years of related experience in Protected Area /
Protected Place ( PA/PP ) environment
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to multitask and complete assignments concurrently in a fast-paced
environment. Experience in working with mission-critical facilities, fixed network
and government agencies would be an added advantage
\xef\x82\xb7 Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work under

pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
\xef\x82\xb7 Computer literate with knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
\xef\x82\xb7 5-day office work week and able to standby 24/7 for emergency callouts
