Lead, supervise, and mentor therapy staff
Ensure clinical practi ces align with guidelines
Participate in discharge planning and caregiver education
Monitor departmental operati ons and KPIs
Oversee therapy aides' training and onboarding
Maintain accurate documentati on and manage therapy equipment
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or above in Physiotheraphy or relevant field
Must be registered with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
Minimum 1 year of experience in Physiotheraphy
