Permanent Full-Time position + CPF . 5 day work week (choose 2 off days between Mon-Thu) . Required to operate on weekends Location . Wheelock Place studio (Orchard MRT) . The American Club (Orchard MRT) 2. Responsibilities . Handle reception area - receiving walk in customers, assisting clients with checking in . Consult clients before initial trial session . Recommend and explain pricing and packages (not sales, explaining) . Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages . Handle booking, cancellations and reconfirmation requests from members/visitors . Collection of payments, outstanding fees . Liaising with instructors to monitor studio capacity, managing bookings . Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material . Greeting and welcoming desks as they approach the front desk . Answering questions and addressing complaints . All other ad-hoc duties assigned by Operations manager 3. Requirements . Personable, friendly personality with a strong organizational skill. Have enthusiasm in the fitness industry . Professional, strong interpersonal and communication skill . Good multitasking and time-management skills . Excellent organizational skills with attention to details . Good initiative and drive with ability to work independently . A Team Player . Punctual . Candidates with relevant qualifications, customer service/hospitality background and/or without experience are welcomed to apply 4. Salary $1,800 during probation, $2,000 + CPF after 3 months or more depending on the type of tasks you can take.
