Responsibilities: Prepare piping general specification inclusive of specification for piping arrangement, piping support standards Project development & execution in strict compliance with Vopak Project Management (VPM) model to achieve Divisional growth targets To develop conceptual routing, plot plan, piping layout and piping information of major critical equipment of the project such as Tank, Airfin coolers/Heater, heaters, compressors and pump, preferably in CAD format Develop piping engineering and design in compliance with International standard, location regulation Vopak Standards, Specification, Work Procedure Coordinate with tech / design institutes / Vopak engineering resources / Contractors for project development and execution Participate in project activities/reviews such as Peer Review, HAZOP, PSSR, QRA, PCS Manage and ensure all SHE aspects of the construction site are strictly adhered to. Provide technical input and justification for HAZOP, MHD & QRA requirement Provide necessary technical support for terminal O&M, procurement, construction as required Carry out Technical Bid Evaluation of Bids, Issue Bid Technical Clarifications, Technical Evaluation Reports and Recommendations Support and advise the field construction team to achieve delivery according to drawing and specification within planned schedule and budget Working on the financial model and costing for new business opportunities Requirements: Minimum 5 years in the field of piping design involving detailed design, 3D model review, and construction engineering support (relevant experience in Oil & Gas /Petrochemical sector) Diploma / Degree in Chemical or Mechanical engineering Knowledge of Autocad, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Conversant with Intl' Std such as API, ASME, ANSI, NFPA, ISA, S'pore Standard, Code of Practice Good knowledge of 3D Model review through Naviswork or Smart Plant Review Experience of CAESAR II for Interpretation of stress/vibration analysis report Project management skills Knowledge of technical functional areas for better coordination and timely decision making Ability to manage multiple party communication and operate under stress critical Planning and organization skills Financial management skills Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Effective problem solving skills
