Site Management: Oversee pipe construction for Singapore projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.

Planning and Execution: Develop and implement professional pipe construction plans, tracking progress and resolving technical issues. Check the quality of pipe construction on site to ensure compliance with requirements. Construct according to the drawing. Regulatory Compliance: Apply your knowledge of Singapore pipe construction codes and government requirements to ensure project compliance. Technical Problem-Solving: Collaborate with designers to address construction challenges, utilizing tools like Navisworks for detailed analysis. Material Management: Track procurement and delivery of pipe materials, organizing storage for efficient access during construction. Quality Assurance: Conduct on-site quality checks to ensure pipe construction meets all required specifications. Prepare construction technical documents, on-site pipe construction bidding documents, MS RA, pressure test scheme, pickling passivation scheme, purge scheme. Documentation: Prepare essential technical documents, including bidding materials, safety assessments, and various construction schemes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to maintain proper construction logic and avoid rework. Good if understands Semiconductor or cleanroom construction .
