Perform Inspection to ensure that the construction work is performed and meet the project specific Quality Requirements.
Verify in process inspection and final inspection.
Verifying piping material identity (pipe, valves and fittings) and its conformance to the installation drawings.
Provide appropriate feedback to management regarding QA/QC matters.
Ensure Piping and Mechanical ITP stages are followed and complied.
Monitor Piping and Mechanical operations and conduct required inspections work to resolve quality related issues with workers, subcontractors, and the client.
Develop inspection and test programs.
Coordinate quality site inspections with all site sub-contractors and vendors, coordinate all non-destructive testing on site, and monitor the implementation of the approved site QC plan.
Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and competed in a timely matter meeting project deadline.
Daily and weekly reports of site progress in line with project schedule.
Witnessing final piping tests.

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Construction, Marine, Process and Engineering Sector
Self-motivated, able to multitask
Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to liaise with all levels of people
Good knowledge of local industry
Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
Willing to travel / work in Jurong / Jurong Island / Bukom Island
