Piping Supervisor

Job Description
Working Location : Jurong Island
Working Hours : Mon - Fri 7.30am - 6.00pm Sat 7.30am - 5.oopm
- Supervise fabrication and installation of piping items as per drawing and client\xe2\x80\x99s specification. Follow planned progress schedule without compromising quality.
- Attending to client\xe2\x80\x99s request / site complaints and resolve issues / faults.
- Understand P&ID and relevant drawings.
- conduct site surveys to propose new routes and locations for faclities and prepared layout to analyse the space requirement.
- Prepare material list depicting all the material, sizes, specification, special requirement, testing requirements to meet the design.
- Conduct weekly HSE assesments and safety walk through, safe and unsafe auditing.
- Daily update of project / operation progress to immediate supervisor.
- Attend daily toolbox meetings.
- Piping progress update and mitigation plan discussing in daily toolbox meetings.
- To be fully commited, follow the lead, and complete the task with quality in a timely manner.
- Ensure all piping tools and equipment issued are kept and maintain in proper manner.
- Relevant experience with 3 - 5 years of working experience in Petrochemical Plant industry for piping works.
- Safety certificates such as SSSC and other relevent certificates required perform sa supervisor in Plant Construction Site
