The Training and Development team is in charge of developing a strong team of teachers and work with the key leadership team to reach our goals for the Singapore market.

In your role as the Planning and Resource Associate, you will develop and execute processes that contribute to quality management and resource allocation across all branches. This includes the professional handling of recruitment and performance analytics across the teaching team.

You will join a team that is highly motivated to deliver first-class educational services to our clients, and spearhead efforts to utilise fair, objective data to inform people management decisions.

Job Responsibilities:
- Forecast annual and day-to-day recruitment needs
- Manage interview schedules and assignment of candidates to suitable interviewers
- Manage and track handover processes for affected classes
- Classroom Allocation for all branches
- Relief Rostering and day-to-day relief sourcing for all branches
- Data management for working sheets

Skills Required:
- Proficient in Google Suites
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to plan and forecast needs based on data-points
- Able to formulate processes to track important data-points

Working Hours: Tues - Fri 9am - 6pm
