Industry: Lifescience Manufacturing (US MNC)

Location: Woodlands (Near MRT)

Working Hours : 9am 6pm (Mon-Fri)

Salary: Up to $3,200.00 (Basic) + $100.00 (Fixed Transport Allowance)

With 0.5 months completion bonus.

This is a 6 months contractual assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Planners in releasing and completion of work orders.
• Update work orders related activities, such as move operation sequence and soft BOM change.
• Update instruments serial number files and Upload instruments forecast into Oracle.
• Assist Planners to ensure on-time delivery of shipments based on customers' requirements.
• Update Instruments build and Finished Goods status on production board.
• Publish FRU schedule and coordinate cross functionally to ensure orders are shipped on time.
• Work with other functional department, such as Shipping, Production, Global Planners, Buyers, PPS and Quality, to resolve issues so as to ensure that sales orders are fulfilled on time
• Resolve Negative inventory
• Support in Cycle count reconciliation.
• Prepare planning data / reports for Operational and management review and follow-up actions.
• Filing, scanning and archive of Plannings documents.
• Ensure compliance of operations within area of concern with all relevant EHS regulatory requirement and the company safety policies, procedures and guidelines
• Other duties/ ad hoc tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• GCE 'O' levels with a minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Possess problem solving and good interpersonal skills.
• Customer-driven, resourceful, independent and team player.
• Detailed & Meticulous with figures.
• Knowledge of Oracle an added advantage.
• Computer knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
