Location: Singapore

We\'re seeking a strategic, passionate problem solver, to join our team in Singapore as a Planning Director! You will be accountable for quality of planning output across key clients and new business, reporting into SVP, APAC and plugged into our central strategy and product team

What you\'d do:

• Deliver strategic work for key clients and new business pitches, demonstrating how digital and technology can be a cornerstone of a client\'s growth strategy
• Create growth plans for our client base using a full funnel approach, with strong, compelling narration
• Design and shape agency processes, planning products, best practices and tech automation specific to APAC region
• Ensure best practice and standardised outputs whilst introducing new ways of working (tools/tech etc.)

• A strong storyteller who has the ability to stitch together complex ideas into a succinct narrative
• A strategic leader with a passion for problem solving and is curious to learn, challenge and inspire others.
• You\'re passionate about how advertising works, understanding consumer behaviour and how we can use data to deliver for our clients, particularly in the APAC region
• You\'re proactive, positive, and self-motivated - a bit of an entrepreneur at heart
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with key internal and external stakeholders. Fluent in the language of both performance marketing and brand-building, able to drive strategic thought amongst clients.

• Campaign strategy and planning - delivering on an industry-leading proposition, and continually raising the bar.
• Adoption of Brainlabs\' Planning Stack tools across clients
• Strong relationships with cross-agency teams driving collaboration to deliver best in class work.
• Driving multi-disciplinary teams towards a shared strategic vision.
