About the Company: The company started with civil engineering contracts and progressively expanded into addition and alteration, demolition, civil engineering, and general building works. The company also has vast experience in construction of driving circuit for heavy vehicles, drainage and sewerage works, pipe laying and roadworks, as well as general building for both public and private projects.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for construction planning of the project, preparation of cost estimation for project
- Liaising with clients/ consultants on preparing construction program for site progress
- Propose and access the construction method statement & presentation
- Prepare tender submission (pre-tender, tender, site show round, technical proposal)
- Degree in Construction / Civil Engineering with at least 1-2 years of experience in the related field Good skills in planning, scheduling & presentation
