Planning Engineer/Project Planner is responsible for * Compilation of all necessary information for tenders, monthly reports and presentation. * Input the activity information into a project scheduling software and use an iterative process of time analysis to obtain an optimum time schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering all the necessary information to prepare tenders, monthly reports, and presentations.
• Collaborating with clients, construction contractors, and facility providers to plan construction projects effectively.
• Creating a competitive tender program that aligns with the client\'s requirements and provides a practical and cost-effective Baseline/Master Program.
• Developing and managing the Project Work Schedule for all construction aspects, from the concept design to installation, testing, and commissioning of building works, M&E, and Process Systems.
• Entering project activity details into project scheduling software and conducting a time analysis to determine the most efficient time schedule.
• Estimating the duration and resource requirements for each significant construction activity.
• Determining the best sequence of activities to achieve optimum efficiency.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Building Construction or relevant discipline
• 2-3 years experience in construction planning with building related facility
• Proficient in P6 & S-curve
