Report to Project Manager / Head of Planning
Involved in all trades coordination during design development and planning stage (Architectural , Structural & MEP)
Good knowledge of authority requirement / regulations to execute planning works
Good knowledge of precast , PPVC , PBU and Dfma concepts
Ability to adapt to digitalised process in construction industry
Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with Client/Consultant/Subcon
Ability to lead a team of Engineers & Coordinators to successfully complete project planning works
Able to work independently and is confident in making decisions
Basic knowledge of Revit , Autodesk BIM360 , Novade , Powerapps , Power BI is an added advantage
Completed min 5 project cycles

- Minimum 7 - 10 years experience in Built Environment
