Job Description

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to align resources and timelines Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to mitigate delays or risks Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans Prepare planning reports and present updates to senior management Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards Support procurement planning and vendor coordination Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks on-site

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction planning Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal requirements Excellent communication and presentation abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
