Job Description

Lead the development of tender and construction programs for major projects. Drive alignment between project schedules, resource strategies, and business objectives. Partner with Project Managers to monitor progress, resolve constraints, and deliver recovery strategies. Oversee program governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all projects. Support EOT and variation substantiation, leading time-impact analyses and defending claims positions. Present program insights, dashboards, and risk analyses to senior stakeholders. Mentor a team of planners to deliver high-quality and timely scheduling outputs. Represent the company in planning-related discussions with clients and joint venture partners.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent. At least 8 years of relevant planning experience in large projects (S$100M) is preferred. Strong knowledge of CPM, EOT substantiation, and program governance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
