Report to Project Manager / Head of Planning
Involved in all trades coordination during design development and planning stage (Architectural , Structural & MEP)
Project schedule development, i.e. listing the entire schedule of activities and detailing their sequence of implementation
Risk management planning - planning for possible risks and listing of contingency plans and mitigation strategies
Good knowledge of authority requirement / regulations to execute planning works
Good knowledge of precast , PPVC , PBU and Dfma concepts
Ability to adapt to digitalised process in construction industry

Job Requirement:

Bachelor\'s Degree in Architectural or Construction Management
Min 7 to 10 years experience and completed at least 5 projects cycle
Basic knowledge of Revit , Autodesk BIM360 , Novade , Powerapps , Power BI is an added advantage
Ability to lead a team of Engineers & Coordinators to successfully complete project planning works
Able to work independently and is confident in making decisions
