Job Responsibilities :

Analyze sales performance data and lead discussions with Regional Sales teams to support accurate forecasting, leveraging historical trends and projected volumes
Partner with regional sales teams to identify growth opportunities and improve forecast accuracy through regular reviews of sales pipelines and upcoming events
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and successful execution of business objectives, particularly around new product launches (NPI)
Drive continuous process improvements by automating the generation of key sales data (sell-in, sell-out, sell-through) to support better forecasting and operational efficiency
Regularly review and optimize planning processes to improve overall effectiveness and accuracy
Pre-Requisites :
---------------------
Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
3-5 years' experience in sales planning or demand forecasting
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
Understanding of sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through data
Effective cross-functional communicator, especially with sales and operations teams
Experience supporting NPI planning and execution
Proactive in process improvement and automation
Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
Interest in gaming or gaming products is a plus
