Onboard new hires (AP Demand Planning, Network planning team & AP Market planning team) with global network planning/market planning process & Rapid Response system training. This role is end-to-end planning process and system utilization. Perform competency assessment and work with respective team managers to develop training program for individuals to meet job requirements.

2. Monitor & drive supply planning and demand planning compliance with global CoE processes by leveraging Rapid Response functionality and tools; supporting the deployment, training, and adherence of new processes and functionality

3. Resolve & escalate user issues or support requests with global CoE also by evaluating process, system & data for potential risks & data integrity;

4. Monitor parameterized supply planning process enabled by Rapid Response to drive continuous improvement initiatives;

5. Benchmark, capture and apply system parameters & constraints, propose new parameter setting & apply updates for network/market planning team;

6. Act as regional critical material review window across 9 AP Plants for both IPSO and 3rd party materials; Facilitate weekly material review meeting with key APAC ISC stakeholders to escalate and drive actions on material supply issue.

7. Act as the regional RapidResponse subject matter expert participating in testing and user acceptance of new and enhanced functionality
