The Plant Engineer is responsible for managing the machinery and equipment that support food production. This includes setting up and improving production lines, ensuring equipment is well-maintained, and making decisions on replacing or installing new machines.
He/She will also stay updated on the latest technology, work closely with equipment vendors, and make sure all processes run smoothly without affecting production.
The role requires someone who is interested in high-speed production machinery, has good leadership and communication skills to lead a team, and can solve equipment-related issues quickly and effectively. Compliance with food safety and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards is essential.
