Job Description
This position will be based in our Main Plant in San Fernando, Pampanga and will require travel to our nationwide roll-forming plants from Luzon, Visayas to Mindanao.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. Attractive benefits aside from the usual government and usual allowances.
Responsibilities and Duties of a Plant Manager:
- Manages policy deployment in the areas of lean manufacturing techniques, quality, cost reduction, complete and on-time delivery, safety, customer satisfaction, employee relations, visual controls, and plant performance measures.
- Ensures compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete and on-time delivery.
- Responsible for the effective and efficient supervision of all roll-forming plants nationwide.
- Set, Maintain and Improve a transparent KPI-system to lead the plant in a standardized way and aligned with the regional KPIs.
- Reviews and monitors the performance of employees in the Plant and gives necessary suggestion/recommendation to the Top Management with the help of the Supervisors.
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Civil Engineering
- Lean Sigma certification is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of plant management
- Experience in a roofing industry is an advantage
- Possessing problem and analytical skills
- Project and performance management skills
- Adept in basic machinery and all phases of the job in the workplace.
