Plant Manager
Job Responsibilities:
To take full responsibility of the operations for the manufacturing plant
Develop plans that help operations run smoothly
Directing and managing plant operations for production, maintenance, quality, and shipping and receiving.
Manage budgets and full P&L responsibility
Manage inventory and supply chain logistics
Recruit, train and onboard new employees
Conducting performance reviews, motivating staff, and providing feedback.
Collect and review data to reduce inefficiencies and waste
Analyze data and create reports to present to executives regarding processes
Oversee work schedules to ensure coverage
Perform routine safety checks on equipment
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines
Foster good relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure business growth
Requirements:
A Degree in Engineering field or equivalent
To have more than 15 years of relevant experience with more than 5 years in a managerial role
Experienced in PCB fabrication environment
